Purpose: Understand the client’s product, market, regulatory class, volume expectations, and timeline.

  1. Initial manufacturing intake form (volumes, device class, packaging, etc.)​
  2. Regulatory discussion: FDA vs. CE, Class I–III device implications​.
  3. Overview of global manufacturing options​.
  4. Written summary of the call and proposed next steps​

2. Manufacturing Feasibility & Quoting

Purpose: Assess manufacturability and provide detailed costing with vetted vendors.

  1. Manufacturing Feasibility Assessment.
  2.  Cost Estimate Package (unit cost, tooling, packaging, assembly).
  3.  Vendor Selection Matrix (comparing capabilities, certifications, geography).
  4. Client Recommendation Report​

3. Pre-Production Planning

Purpose: Finalize documentation and set up production protocols.

  1. Final CADs, 2D Drawings, and Specs Review.
  2. Packaging and Labeling Requirements Document.
  3. Process Flow Diagram + Control Plan.

4. Validation: IQ/OQ/PQ Protocols & Execution
